Raw Wildcrafted Sea Moss: When stored in airtight bag in a cool and dark place (cabinet or pantry) the shelf life is up to 2 years. The naturally occurring sea salt found in the ocean is an added benefit to sea moss as it serves as a preservative, which helps to extends the shelf life of the product.

*Do not refrigerate sun-dried sea moss, as it introduces too much moisture and will lead to spoilage.

HOW TO PREPARE SEA MOSS:

1. Rinse off in water to remove any excess sea salt.

2. Soak in spring water or distilled water to re hydrate. The sea moss will more than double in size and become softer.

3. TO USE (NO HEAT) - Add the whole sea moss to a high-powered blender when making smoothies, etc., and enjoy!

4. TO USE (ADD HEAT) – Boil the re-hydrated sea moss in distilled or spring water to form a gel. Add the gel to your foods and enjoy the mineral-rich properties!
